Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Print-on-Demand & Final Sale Items All made-to-order apparel and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Because these items enter production immediately after purchase, we are unable to process cancellations once an order has been submitted for production.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-POD Items) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, has a printing error, or if you received the wrong item. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Sale Items & Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
